Tales of Wine
In our wines, we seek ties to the territory and vibrant character. We vinify using only indigenous yeasts and with no temperature control, allowing the grapes to best express their natural habitat, the “terroir” that nurtures them and makes them unique. In the winery we exploit natural coolness and humidity, environmentally sustainable and vital for us: they have enabled the production and maturation of wines at Fattoria del Piccione for over one hundred years.
