My name is Andrea Pasini. I’m 22 and I’ve been working for Fattoria del Piccione, my family’s organic farm, for almost three years. My grandfather, Vitaliano Pasini, founded Fattoria del Piccione in 1989, imbuing it from the start with what would become the core of our professional philosophy: a family character based on a strong sense of identity.

My father, Stefano, is at the head of our family business, but, first and foremost, he is a winemaker and an oenologist, because you need to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the raw material you work with if you want to infuse harmony into a product that continues to be produced and preseved inside the walls of a 16th century building. Our winery, partially dating back to the 1500s, partially to the 1800s, is a source of constant inspiration for us: history is the cradle of Fattoria del Piccione and it guides the creative spirit we put into making wine. We take pride in being recognized as a family business: we strive to produce quality, and we carry out the work in our cellars and our vineyards with a passion and a love for our land and the historical and cultural heritage that surrounds us.
