In an ancient hall you can taste the typical local cuisine expertly prepared by housewives.

The specialties of the farm are among the tasty appetizers such as salads made with farro (a grain farro is already used by ancient Romans), or with walnuts and spinach, salami, cascioncini, omelettes with vegetables, cheese platters.
The first are traditional homemade pasta and sauces produced only seasonally. Tagliatelle, tortellini with mushrooms, green strozzapreti ...
Among the latter must surely remember the rabbit with juniper, the guinea fowl with thyme, stuffed pigeon, grilled meats.
Even the desserts are traditional but "redirected" in the ring, for example, are not milk and butter but Sangiovese wine and extra virgin olive oil that makes it very soft and digestible. The crust is light and tasty thanks to jams made with fruits of the farm and many other delights.

Everything is always accompanied by wines from the farm and, finally, made personally by the digestive factor.
